TOWIE and I'm A Celebrity star Joey Essex has teamed up with Pizza Express to launch a competition to win a £5k solid gold dough ball, celebrating the 45th anniversary of the restaurant's top-selling dish, by participating in a photoshoot shot by Natasha Bloom in which he's painted gold.

Customers can win the prize by finding a dough ball covered in edible gold, and Essex commented 'January's always really depressing so it's nice that someone going out for a pizza or picking up some dough balls for dinner on their way home might win gold – that would be amazing'.
